The Punjab Higher Education Commission invites applications from highly motivated and competent individuals for hiring against following positions on contract basis, initially for one year, extendable based on performance.

Interested candidates post a duly signed hard copy of the online application form upto 28^th February, 2021 to the address listed on application form, along with CV, copy of CNIC, attested copies of educational and professional experience certificates and a recent colored photograph.

Director General (Finance)

Scale/Salary Package: (Salary Lumpsum Rs. 350,000 p/m)

Qualification & Experience

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 years of post-qualification experience or ACCA with 10 years of post-qualification experience or MS in Financial Economics/MBA Finance (18 years education)/higher degree in Finance from HEC recognized local / international university with 15 years of experience in financial management and financial planning, budget reports and statements.

Preference will be given to candidates having PhD degree in relevant field. Management and Administrative experience in academics/ research/professional institution of higher learning will be preferred.

Qualification & Experience

M.Phil/MS from an HEC recognized University with 6 years relevant experience or MA/MSc or equivalent education with first division in terminal degree from an HEC recognized University and 8 years relevant experience. Management and administrative experience in an academic /research/professional institution of higher learning will be preferred.

Deputy Director (Procurement)

Qualification & Experience

M.Phil/MS from an HEC recognized University with 04 years relevant experience or MA/MSc or equivalent education from an HEC recognized University with first division in terminal degree and 7 years relevant experience in a public, or private sector organization is required.
